Fed: HMAS Anzac arrives home tomorrow
Frigate HMAS Anzac arrives back in Australia tomorrow .. after six months patrolling
the waters of the northern Persian Gulf.
Anzac will dock at Sydney's Fleet Base West at 11 o'clock (AEDT) tomorrow morning ..
to be met by family and friends of 190 sailors .. as well as deputy fleet commander Commodore
SIMON CULLEN.
During her six months tour .. Anzac personnel helped train members of the new Iraqi
Navy .. and assisted in guarding Iraq's vital offshore-oil terminals.
Another Anzac class frigate .. HMAS Arunta .. has now taken over these duties.
